Starring Aya Matsuura and directed by Kenta Fukusaku (scribe of Battle Royale and director of Battle Royale 2, this sequel is a long time coming. The Sukeban Deka franchise ended in 1988 with the final movie Counter Attack of the Kazama Sisters and had an animated OVA retelling in the early 90’s.
