A couple of weeks back, it was annouced that Nikkatsu green lit the live action features for both Gatchaman (Beter known in the states as Battle of the Planets) and Yatterman, of the installments of the Time Bokan series.. As luck turns out, footage from a teaser trailer for the Yatterman movie has surfaced on Youtube!

Awhile back on my podcast, R5 Central, I called 2007 the “Year of Mecha”.
